Decomposition container, sealed reaction decomposition container

It is easy to dissolve difficult-to-decompose samples without contamination or loss.

There are two main types of sealed sample decomposition and reaction containers: ○ HU Series (RDV Series): Stainless steel pressure-resistant outer container + PTFE inner container ○ P Series: Polypropylene outer container + PTFE inner container Features: ○ It is a double-sealed type, so there is no contamination from the outside. ○ The inner container is made of high-purity, specially molded tetrafluoroethylene, which prevents contamination from the container and shows extremely low gas permeability, demonstrating excellent properties. ○ Since it operates under pressure, the decomposition efficiency is high, and the amount of acid required is minimal. ○ The polypropylene outer container type can be irradiated with microwaves (using a household microwave), allowing for direct heating of the acid, which leads to a rapid increase in temperature and a reduction in decomposition time. ○ A small internal container with a lid (which has a triple structure) is provided for trace samples.

High-pressure reaction decomposition vessel HU series

There are high-pressure reaction decomposition and PTFE sample containers, as well as pressure-resistant stainless steel outer tubes.

The HU series high-pressure reaction decomposition vessels have a maximum operating pressure of 15 MPa and a maximum operating temperature of 230°C. They are stationary type and use a circulating oven for heating. With a unique specially molded PTFE inner tube, they achieve an extremely low gas permeability. The specially designed screw section prevents screw binding due to harsh usage. Detachment and attachment are easy with the use of a dedicated tool (sold separately). *General tools can also be used for detachment and attachment. For handling small samples, please use the PTFE internal small containers. For more details, please contact us.

Valve-equipped rotary reaction decomposition vessel RDV-B series

Roller-type oven can be used, liquid extraction at reaction temperature, and solid-liquid separation can be performed.

The RDV-B series of valve-equipped rotary reaction decomposition vessels allows for liquid extraction at reaction temperatures and enables solid-liquid separation. By using it with the valve attached in the rotary dissolution reaction testing machine roller oven (RDV-TM1/RDV-TM2), liquid extraction during the reaction process is also possible. For more details, please contact us.

High-pressure reaction decomposition vessel "HU Series"

Supports heating methods such as natural convection ovens, electric furnaces, and aluminum block heaters!

We would like to introduce our high-pressure reaction decomposition vessel, the "HU Series." The special molded PTFE container achieves an extremely low gas permeability, significantly reducing screw thread wear under harsh conditions. Additionally, we offer PTFE internal small containers suitable for handling trace samples. 【Features】 ■ Maximum operating pressure: 15MPa ■ Maximum operating temperature: 230℃ ■ Heating methods - Natural convection oven - Circulating oven, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
